I have always had an interest in minor surgery, and have performed more than 6,000 vasectomies on the NHS over the last 30 years.

Why have a private vasectomy?
In April 2026 the NHS vasectomy service in the Cardiff and Vale area will not be renewed. At the moment, we’re unsure if it will be renewed later in the financial year or if it will stop completely. The current NHS waiting list is 18 months, and this will extend significantly during the break in service. There is no waiting list for private vasectomy (but we do recommend considering the procedure for 2 weeks after counselling). By choosing a private vasectomy with me, you are guaranteed a highly skilled and experienced surgeon.
